Exercise is a key ingredient for your health.
There is no substitute – if you want to be healthy – you must exercise.
There are two forms of exercise that are key to health, Strength and Cardio.
Women tend to do cardio and do in groups and socially supporting each other but women also need strength training to prevent osteoporosis and to keep muscle mass.
Men tend to do strength training and usually in isolation. Muscles look good on men but their most important muscle is their hearts which require Cardio to live a long and vital life.
We must each pick the form of exercise that works for our preferences and history. I hate exercise for its own sake, so I exercise on an eliptical machine every day during my favorite 1/2 hour TV show – I am done in no time !
I love competition and used to play Tennis in High School – so I took up Tennis with lessons and some competitive matches and now I am in great shape and because my legs have strength – my golf game has improved due to this exercise.
